Highlights:
In Sweden over 25,000 teachers have received training, which has promoted successful facilitation of learning and whole-child development in pre-schools, elementary schools and secondary schools across that country, making a significant impact on the education system as a whole.
At Intel Corporation many thousands of staff members have received training at sites in seven countries, effectively optimizing teamwork within each site and improving cross-cultural communication and cooperation among the sites, resulting in much higher levels not only of efficiency and production but also of staff satisfaction and retention.
In the U.S. a number of major health care centers have been integrating Human Dynamics training for both internal community building and improved communication between staff and patients.
In South Africa Human Dynamics training was introduced for the staff and inmates of the notorious Pollsmoor Prison with such dramatically transformative results that the BBC made a documentary program about it (“Killers Don’t Cry”).
And in Israel, Human Dynamics training is used not only for training teachers, but also in programs creating and maintaining bridges between Arab and Jewish populations, as well as among different religious groups.
And currently in inner city Los Angeles, a Human Dynamics based program is being created to aid the personal development and social adaptation of at-risk youths and young adults.
Peter Senge, MIT, author of The Fifth Discipline:
"There are very few systems that allow someone to
understand others as well as Human Dynamics does."
